Girls Hockey vs. Barnstable

With their 4-2 win over Barnstable on Saturday night, the Marshfield High School girls hockey team put themselves only one win away from their first tournament berth in program history. As the three senior players make clear in the field report below, that tournament berth is a monumental goal for the team, and the great news is that with their 4-1 victory over Sandwich on Sunday, the girls have, in fact, accomplished that goal and will play in this year’s state tournament. Boys Hockey vs. Hingham

This game was a landmark victory for the Rams this season, and it definitely marked a turning point in their campaign, as they played their best hockey from this point forward. The quality of the film we obtained from that game was not the best, but these were the few highlights we came up with to show in the opening sequence of “Before the Bells” the next morning.
